| How do I upgrade/downgrade my hosting account? |
You can upgrade or downgrade your web hosting account at any time. In most cases, upgrades and/or downgrades are free; the only exception to this is if you have an old (legacy) web hosting package and would like to convert it to a new hosting package.
If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your hosting account, just log into the Customer Management Interface (CMI) at http://support.pronicsolutions.com/ --once logged in, just click on "Upgrade/Downgrade a hosting account" under the "Account Options" menu and follow the on-screen instructions. |
