Modifying your domain to point to your web hosting account
Welcome to ProNIC Solutions!

We are glad to have you as a customer and know you are probably eager to start using your hosting account, however, prior to being able to utilize all the features of your account you need to make some modifications to your domain name records so that it "points" to our network.

Before your domain name points to ProNIC Solutions' servers you will need to contact your domain name registrar (the company you registered your domain with) and update the "DNS" records for your domain to reflect our DNS servers.

ProNIC Solutions' DNS Servers are:

Server Name Internet Address (IP)
NS1.PRONICSOLUTIONS.COM
64.94.233.11
NS2.PRONICSOLUTIONS.COM 66.103.128.11

Once your domain name registrar sends a confirmation notice that your domain name records have been updated, it can take up to 3 to 5 days before the domain name points to our network. All the Internet Service Providers must update their DNS tables to reflect the new web site location. The rate at which this happens can vary among providers.

RESELLERS: If you are a reseller, your DNS servers will be different from the ones above. Please refer to your welcome email for information concerning the DNS servers you should use.

Please Note: To prevent your site from experiencing downtime, it is recommended that you do not cancel your existing web hosting account for a period of approximately five days after your domain registrar has updated your domain records.
